Exchange Policy

At I LOVE BOSTON SPORTS, we want to ensure you’re sporting the right fit. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or provide store credit to ensure you get exactly what you need.

To maintain the quality of our gear for all fans, please note the following strict requirements for all returns:

Policy Guidelines

  • Exchange Only: All sales are final. We offer exchanges for different sizes/items or store credit only.

  • Condition: Items must be in original, brand-new condition. We cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, worn, or altered.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless our team of associates made a mistake and sent the incorrect size or item. This includes the cost of mailing the original item back to us, as well as the $10 fee for shipping the replacement item. You are more than welcome to bring the item into our Braintree store and exchange in person.  We are located on the 2nd level across from The North Face on the Target side of the mall.

  • Transparency: This policy is posted site-wide and is acknowledged at the time of purchase.

How to Process Your Exchange

To return your item, please ship it to our Braintree location at your expense with the following included:

  1. The Item: Must be unwashed and unworn.

  2. Documentation: A copy of your original packing slip.

  3. Your Preference: A clear note indicating your desired new size or a request for store credit (to be added to your account profile).

  4. Return Shipping Fee: Include $10 to cover the shipping of your new item.
