What to Expect (based on package level):

• Fan Fest General Access:  The Fan Experience Portion of the event is FREE with limited access to the players.  This portion of the event will have a DJ, Trivia, product giveaways and more!  Garden Super Fans will be in attendance taking pictures with fans.

• Meet & Greet with Torrey Craig, Baylor Scheierman, Xavier Tillman & Payton Pritchard.  The players will be taking pictures with fans of all ages in a limited capacity based on the ticket package you purchased.  

• Autographed 8 x 10 Bundles: Order pre-configured packages and pick up your items at the event.

• Advance Access to New Playoff Merch: Be the first to get your hands on the latest merch before anyone else.

• Photo Shoot participation with Payton Pritchard for fans who purchase the crewneck PRITCH PLEASE sweatshirt between 4/9 and 4/12  This will be a group photo with Payton and those who purchase that particular item.  Priority group photo placement will be given to patrons who have purchased a product package however, photo shoot general participation does not require having made a product bundle purchase. 

Ticket Details:

• VIP access tickets are NOT emailed to you.  Use a print-out of your order with your name and order # and bring to the event to collect a special bracelet for admission.  If you do not see an email confirmation, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. 

• VIP access ticket grants entry for 1 person (adult or child)

• Each attending member of a party must have their own ticket.   

• STAY READY tickets will be processed once Payton Pritchard has completed a portion of his photo shoot and can participate

• All photo ops are group photos with the respective players (not individual by player)

• All photo op photos will be taken with YOUR phone by OUR STAFF MEMBER in addition to a backup one that we will take with our photographer which will be made available or download on this event page several days after the event.

PRINT OUT YOUR CONFIRMATION WITH THE ORDER # THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED TO YOU AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. THIS WILL BE YOUR TICKET AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EVENT BRACELET ON SITE AT CHECK-IN.  DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE # IN PLACE OF YOUR EMAIL WHEN YOU ORDER OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE UPDATES AND EVENT PHOTOS.  BRING IDENTIFICATION. 

• Photos will be taken with your phone so have it ready and unlocked when it is your turn.  We will have a photographer on hand taking a separate set of photos that will be shared with you in the week following the event.

• T-Shirt sizes (if applicable) do not need to be selected when ordering and there will be ample on hand of Youth Med, Youth Large, Adult Small thru 3XL)

• To ensure a smooth event, VIP ticket holders should plan on arriving 90 min before the start of the event to secure their place in line.  This will be a long day.

• The photo op portion will be first and the line will move very quickly to insure everyone gets seen.  Your package items will be picked up in the adjacent room.  

• NO substitutions for the signed 8 x 10 photo in the VIP packages

• PROMO CODES or DISCOUNT OFFERS are NOT allowed for player-driven events and usage of any codes could result in refunding the balance paid and voiding the order or being asked to pay the difference at the event before entry. 

• This event is held rain or shine. In the event patrons are not able to make it, the autographed item will be mailed to you. Store credit is extended to customers that cancel with 48 hour notice. All others will be mailed the signed item. Promotional codes and general store discounts not available on this item
