Ticket Details:

• Your order confirmation is your ticket to the event.  Please print it and show your identification at the check-in desk to receive an event bracelet for admission.  Tickets are NOT emailed to you.  

• Ticket grants entry for 1 person (adult or child)

• Each attending member of a party must have their own ticket.   

• VIP Packages will receive priority placement in line

• Capacity limitations require us to restrict event to ticket-holders ONLY.  If you are a parent that would like to accompany your child under the age of 10 and get in the photo with them, you can so for $25 without having to purchase a full package. 

• All photo op photos will be taken by OUR STAFF (with your provided phone) in addition to a backup one that we will take with our photographer, which will be made available for download on this event page several days after the event.

• Include your email and phone number when placing your order so you can be notified if important event details change.

PRINT OUT YOUR CONFIRMATION WITH THE ORDER # THAT IS AUTOMATICALLY EMAILED TO YOU AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. THIS WILL BE YOUR TICKET AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EVENT BRACELET ON SITE AT CHECK-IN.  DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE # IN PLACE OF YOUR EMAIL WHEN YOU ORDER OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE UPDATES AND EVENT PHOTOS.  BRING IDENTIFICATION. 

• Please make sure to have your cell phone or mobile device ready for one of our staff members to take your photo. We will have a photographer on hand taking a separate set of photos that will be shared with you in the week following the event.

• T-Shirt sizes do not need to be selected when ordering and there will be ample on hand of Youth Med, Youth Large, Adult Small thru 3XL)

• To ensure a smooth event, VIP ticket holders should plan on arriving 60 min before the start of the event to secure their place in line.  

• The photo op portion will be first and the line will move very quickly to insure everyone gets seen.  Your package items will be picked up in the adjacent room.  

• PROMO CODES or DISCOUNT OFFERS are NOT allowed for player-driven events and usage of any codes could result in refunding the balance paid and voiding the order or being asked to pay the difference at the event before entry. 

• This event is held rain or shine. In the event patrons are not able to make it, an autographed item will be mailed to you. Customers that attend in person will be able to bring their outside item to get signed. Store credit is extended to customers who cancel within 48 hours of the event. All others will be mailed a signed item. Promotional codes and general store discounts not available on this item.
